Children are often left out of the divorce process. I don’t believe that that is in anyone’s best interests. In the collaborative coaching process children can have their own advocate, someone who represents their needs. A child specialist can assist by working with the children and the parents separtely to help make eveyone understand that there can be a better outcome.
